How long will it take for my model to be made?

Leadtime varies based on several things. A few being size, detail, infill, and lettering. Rest assured; we will keep you updated on the progress of your model!

is the filament food safe?

We do not recommend using your models as drinking cups or as cooking utensils. The filament that we currently offer is not food safe rated. Stay tuned, however, we have plans in the works for food safe projects!

What are the models made out of?

There a varies type of filament used. Each one has a different durability, melting point, and use. The most common is PLA. Pretty sturdy and the easiest to print and work with.

How do i clean my 3d printed models?

We recommend hand washing your models! The heat from dishwashers can compromise the integrity of you model and can cause melting.
